Screeners sort the market by rules you can read. Each result shows the measure that put it on the list, so you can check the reason and not only the name.
- ScreenerFilters stocks by price, volume and technical measures.
- Auto ScanKeeps scanning the market and ranks what it finds by sector; a sector opens in its own tab.
- Breakout ScannerLists stocks near a price level, with a score, a state and the level being tested.
-
A backtest replays a rule over price history and reports what would have happened. It describes the past. Results are not predictions, and nothing is guaranteed.
- Code Live TestWrite a strategy as code and run it against a chart of real history. Nothing in a test goes live.
-
The ML Lab walks through building a model in steps: choose a stock and the history to learn from, say what the model should look for, train it, then test it on data it has never seen. The last step exists to tell a real pattern from luck. No coding is needed.
A model that passes its test can be run on paper. Model output is a calculation from historical data, labelled as such on every screen.

Botertrade is one workspace made of separate tools. Each one opens as a tab on your desk, and you arrange the tabs the way you work.
Botertrade is descriptive and educational software, not advice. Scores, labels and model figures are calculated from historical data and models. They describe what happened; they are not predictions, and nothing is guaranteed.
